Steeping herbs overnight in a mason jar then keeping in the fridge for crispy cold iced tea! 1. Stock up on bulk herbs (lemon balm, marshmallows, nettle, peppermint leaf, rose petals) 2. Place herb(s) of choice in a clean jar. 3. Lightly wet herb(s) and let sit for 30 seconds. 4. Fill jar to the top with the remaining water and secure the lid. 5. Let infusion sit on the countertop for 2 – 10 hours, shaking occasionally.
